One of the best in Rhodes, except for the months of July & August, when it is too crowded to visit during the day hours. 

On the east side of the island, under the hill with the Tsambika monastery on its top, it has soft golden sand and shallow, crystal clear waters.

Lovely for swimming and sunbathing. Services include  sun beds, umbrellas, showers and toilets. Parking is free. Canteens offer refreshments and light meals.

If you don't intend to drive far, we recommend KOZAS Restaurant (at Stegna Bay, to the South) or FRESKO Restaurant (at Afandou bay to the North). They are both a few minutes drive away and have great food.
