Visiting Mantraki can be a very pleasant walk or bicycle ride. Interesting buildings, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants. Om your way there and back, walk or cycle through the Old Town or around it (inside the moat, or following the coast).
On your way back you can get into and walk along the moat, an interesting and cool way of going to the Palace or all the way back to the hotel.
If you want to have more than just a relaxing stroll along the coast, you can visit the Cathedral, the Contemporay Art Gallery, the Aquarium.
You can also swim at Elli Beach, have a lunch or dinner at Meltemi or an exceptional sandwitch at Dromos and ice cream at Gelato Punto.
An more complete experience is going to the New Town after a visit to the Acropolis.
